A few things, done really well.
Mexi Dough is a small-batch sourdough bakery. Every loaf, cookie and muffin starts with my homemade sourdough starter and only the best ingredients I can find. That's how I make sure every bake comes out delicious.
I keep my menu small on purpose. I'd rather make a few things really well than a lot of things just okay. That means I bake one small batch each week, and my bread often sells out.
